Scope of Work:
- Installed lighting and receptacles for laundry, dryer, water heater, sump pump, and dehumidifier
- Added general-use circuits to support recreational and living areas
- Worked through multiple project phases, coordinating electrical and drywall work for a clean finish
- Provided design guidance and practical recommendations to align functionality with the homeowner’s vision
- Completed final detail work, including specialty cover plates ordered specifically for the space

Crawl Space Electrical Installation
Electrical evaluation and installation for crawl space systems, ensuring safe, reliable power for equipment installed beneath the home.
Scope of Work:
- Diagnosed existing electrical conditions and identified installed crawl space equipment
- Determined feasibility of dedicated circuits based on equipment requirements
- Installed direct power lines and receptacles for each device and system
- Coordinated closely with crawl space service providers, including AFS Foundation & Waterproofing Specialists and LookOut Pest Control, to ensure timely installation and customer satisfaction.
